Sarva also offers payment processing through PayPal.

Shipping - We Ship Green!
Sarva ships strictly via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We deliberately use the ONLY shipping service in the nation to achieve "Cradle to Cradle" certification at the Silver level. USPS packaging materials and supplies exceed government standards, including those of the EPA. Read more here. Further, Priority Mail is trackable, cost competitive with other carriers, and fast.
Shipping/handling charges for the continental United States and its territories or protectorates are automatically calculated and displayed for you at checkout per the below schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders of $50 and up, free shipping applies to one address per order. Additionally, for Ohio residents, your pre-tax order must total $50 or higher to receive free shipping.

Sales Tax - Attention Ohio Residents!
Sarva is required by law to charge sales tax on both merchandise and shipping charges for Ohio residents at a rate of 7.75%.
International Orders
Please contact Sarva prior to ordering so we can discuss shipping charges for your location. Sarva's online ordering system does not yet automatically determine international shipping costs. (We're working on it!)
When contacting Sarva, please include:
- the items you wish to order and quantity of each
- your shipping address including postal code
- e-mail address for return communication
Sarva will e-mail you back with a shipping quote and total cost. Upon your approval of these charges, Sarva will obtain your payment information and process your order.
Sarva prefers to ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (International Priority where appropriate) so that your package will be fully traceable while en route.
Canadian orders: Canadian Customs will charge taxes (GST or HST) on goods valued at $20 CAD (about $17-21 USD) or more. Taxes are approximately 5-13%, depending on province. A handling fee is also added. Customs will place a form detailing these charges on your package, which will be held by the Canadian Post Office as a COD (cash on delivery) shipment. You, as the recipient, are responsible for the tax and handling fee when you pick up your package.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within two business days. Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
As a measure of conservation and care for our environment, your order may arrive in a repurposed/reused cardboard box, and your soaps may be padded for transit with repurposed (but clean!) packing materials. Please reuse or recycle these materials on your end!
Returns
Sarva does not accept product returns of non-defective merchandise. Sarva soaps are items which are intended for personal sanitary use, and we could not in good conscience ship your returned soap product to another customer. We appreciate your understanding.
However, if you believe your order is defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us and let us know. Remember to save your packaging as it may need to be examined.
Free Samples
Regrettably, due to the sheer volume of inquiries received, Sarva is not able to honor requests for free product samples.
Product Availability
Soapmaking is a detailed and time-intensive craft. Sarva soaps are made in small batches, which guarantees product freshness and enables us to create such unique soaps. Soapmaking requires 4-6 weeks from start to finish for every bar of soap, and it can be difficult to predict demand. For this reason, though the web site is updated constantly, there is the rare chance that a product could be unexpectedly out of stock. In this situation, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a credit.
Product Consistency
Sarva soap is made entirely by hand and is thus subject to some variation. All weights shown on Sarva's web site and product labeling are approximate.
Soaps of the same variety will bear minor cosmetic and scent variations from one bar to another due to subtle variances in all-natural ingredients and normal variations in soapmaking technique.
Sarva strives for product consistency while still honoring the charm and character of a natural, handcrafted product. Customers find this to be a refreshing alternative to homogenized, mass-produced consumer goods.

Sarva maintains full Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS) security standards compliance. We perform routine security scans, provided by McAfee Secure, one of the most trusted names in web security. We take these measures to ensure that you and your data are safe when you shop online at Sarva Soaps.

Wholesale Inquiries
Sarva develops very carefully chosen wholesale relationships, and does things a little bit differently than many larger companies.
Sarva creates entirely handcrafted artisanal soaps. Working in small quantities, by hand, is the only way to produce the special soaps you see.
Due to extensive demand as well as the time-sensitive process of soapmaking, there can be up to a four-week lead time for some wholesale orders, depending on quantity. It is worth the wait. You are getting exclusive, premium-quality artisanal soaps, not mass-produced items from a large bath and body company.
